Does Parooz offer curbside pickup?


Choose curbside pickup when checking out online. Curbside orders can be picked up next business day. Please call the store at (616) 214-8513 to schedule your pick up time. At arrival park in the designated Curbside Pickup space in the parking lot.




What is your refund policy?


Thank you for shopping at Parooz! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we are here to help. You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date your received it to receive a full refund. Products must be returned unused in the original packaging with tags. You are responsible for the shipping costs to return your item(s). Original shipping costs are nonrefundable. Disclaimer: All food, special orders, sale items and consignment are nonrefundable.




I don't see an item on the website I saw on Instagram.


Our inventory changes daily. If you see something we have posted on Social Media and want to purchase call us at the store (616) 214-8513. We can run your payment over the phone and also ship to you. If it is a gift we can wrap, write a message and ship as well.




Can I call for more quantities on an item?


Yes. We limit what we place on the website. If you need more quantities of a specific item either message us or call us. We can check the store to see if we have anymore.
