Get More Distance was created by our talented owner and founder, RJ Milford, PGA Professional, TPI, and NASM Certified Personal Trainer. RJ combines his extensive knowledge of the golf game and human movement system to train players to perform at their best.

Classes focus around fitness designed for golf. Exercises incorporate flexibility to enhance form and function; balance for stability throughout the swing; core strength for increased control; and strength, power, and explosiveness for stronger impact.
