We understand sometimes an item looks different in a photo then in person, or it simply just does not work for you. We will try to make the return/exchange process easy for you.

Clothing that has been unwashed and unworn can be returned with the tags still on within 7 days after receiving.

Any clothing bought on a FINAL SALE cannot be returned.

Items that have not been used can be returned with the tags still on within 7 days after receiving.

Parooz Collection Boxes, food, seasonal and holiday items cannot be returned. 

Shipping charges are non-refundable for online purchases.

 We do reserve the right to refuse a return for any reason. Your refund will be given after we receive the product and inspect for damages, etc. Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be applied to your account.
